Patients do not need a physician referral or prescription in order to receive physical therapy services. Depending on your insurance plan, we may require certain information from your doctor prior to your first visit or periodically during your treatment period. We will help you through this process prior to your first visit.

Yes, we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and accept Medicare. If you have a different commercial insurance plan, you can also use your out of network insurance coverage for services you receive from us.

We offer a variety of self-pay options and packages that we design that are unique to your needs. You can also use your health flexible spending account or health savings account for payment also.

If you have a high deductible or a high co-pay/co-insurance that is prohibiting you from considering physical therapy, we encourage you to consider our self-pay options. In many situations, this option could be the most affordable option for our patients.

Yes, we provide many of our clients treatment within their home. During the verification process, we can discuss what the additional costs would be for this service. We can also check to see if your insurance would cover this for you.

We want you to be comfortable during your session and your physical therapist may need to have visual access to the body part that requires attention. We recommend wearing loose fitting clothing, (shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, etc.) if possible.
